Return Policy

Unworn, unwashed masks and sets in their original wrapping, within 30 days of delivery. Because masks are worn on the face, we can't take back worn ones unless they're faulty.

If a seam opens or the strap fails, send a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll reply with the return address.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover it if we got something wrong.
